If you would like to see a product demonstration before purchasing, contact Blue Bell Customer Service. Blue Bell has local sales representatives that can bring a workstation to you and explain the quality features and benefits.

Place Your Order

It’s easy. There is no order minimum and orders can be submitted in a number of ways...

  1. Fax your purchase order to Blue Bell at 419-238-0226. A confirmation of your fax order will be sent via fax or email.
  2. Email your purchase order to info@bluebellcarts.com. An email confirmation will be sent to you.
  3. Phone orders are accepted for orders of $250 or less. Phone orders charged to credit cards are also accepted.
  4. We gladly provide written quotations to you for complete workstations and/or accessories. If you want to proceed with an order as quoted, just reference the quotation number and submit your purchase order by fax or email.

Payment Terms

  • Net 30 days with credit approval.
  • Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
  • Payment in advance.

Shipping

  • F.O.B. Factory, prepay freight and add to invoice.
  • In-stock items for accessory orders usually ship in 3 to 5 business days.
  • Accessory orders ship via FedEx Ground. Expedited shipping is available upon request.
  • Most workstation orders can ship within 14 business days.
  • Workstations/Carts ship via LTL/Common Carrier.

Damage

  • In the event shipping damage would occur, the customer is responsible for refusing delivery and contacting Blue Bell immediately for replacement.
  • If damage is concealed, contact your local LTL delivery terminal or FedEx office to request an inspection and contact Blue Bell immediately to process your claim and arrange for replacement or repair. Save all boxes and packing material for inspection.
  • All damage claims must be reported to Blue Bell within 5 calendar days after receipt of merchandise.
  • Failure to properly report damage within these guidelines will result in the forfeiture of any and all rights to replacement product.

Return Policy

  • All goods to be returned must have prior authorization from our customer service department within 30 days from the receipt of shipment.
  • All merchandise must be in original, unused condition and resalable as new.
  • For health safety reasons, no used products are to be returned under any circumstances.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied to accessory returns.
  • A 25% restocking fee will be applied to cart returns.
  • All returned goods must be sent prepaid. Any return that is not prepaid will be refused.
  • Customer accepts responsibility if merchandise is received in damaged condition and no credit or only partial credit will be applied.
  • An exception to this policy would be if we shipped incorrect product. A return authorization number is still required from our customer service department.
